Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the united states via usps. return shipping on domestic orders is included in the original shipping fee. International orders are shipped via Usps and processed through destination country's postal service. customer is responsible for paying duty/import fees to shipping carrier upon delivery. we are not responsible for uncontrollable customs delays or country import restrictions. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's import regulations before purchasing. Please note, all items are currently made-to-order unless purchased from our instant ship page, and take between 2-4 weeks to dispatch from date of order. You will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number when your order has shipped. For international orders, online check out is not available. please email us directly and we will take your order via email.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. if you are unsatisfied with your item, we are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, merchandise if you initiate the return within 5 days of receipt of your online order. only Items purchased from our instant ship section can be returned for a full refund less shipping costs. for made-to-order items, we accept returns for exchanges or store credit only. we are not able offer cash refunds at this time for items that have been made-to-order. all items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original packaging. please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface before wearing them. shoes with marked or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability and may require and additional 2-4 weeks to be delivered. customer is responsible the cost of shipping the exchanged item. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with return/exchange in the subject line before initiating a return. items shipped back to us without initiating a return/exchange request via email are done so at the customer's own risk.
