Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the united states via usps. domestic shipping is complimentary on orders over $250. Online check out through our website is not available for international customers. For International orders (Canada + Europe + Australia + New Zealand and UK) please purchase from our shop on Etsy. For all other countries (Asia, Central America, South America (Excluding Argentina), please purchase from our shop on Garmentory. Customer is responsible for paying customs and duties fees upon receipt. We are not able to offer promos for International customers at this time unless purchased through Etsy. Exclusions apply. All items are currently made-to-order unless purchased from our instant ship page, and take between 2-5 weeks to dispatch from date of order. You will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. if you are unsatisfied with your shoes, returns and exchanges of any full price, unworn, merchandise are accepted if you initiate the return within 5 days of receipt of your online order. we offer refunds on full price items less return shipping costs. customer pays for shipping of the replacement item. sale items can be exchanged for store credit only. all items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original packaging. once a return authorization is issued, items must be returned within 14 days before the return authorization is cancelled and the sale is final. please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface before wearing them. shoes returned with marked or scuffed soles may be rejected or subject to a fee of $40. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability and may require and additional 2-4 weeks to be delivered. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with return/exchange in the subject line before initiating a return. items shipped back to us without initiating a return/exchange request via email are done so at the customer's own risk.
