Shipping Information

We currently ship within the united states via usps. return shipping on domestic orders is included in the original shipping fee. International orders are shipped via Usps and processed through destination country's postal service. customer is responsible for paying duty/import fees to shipping carrier upon delivery. we are not responsible for uncontrollable customs delays or country import restrictions. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's import regulations before purchasing. Please note, all items are currently made-to-order unless purchased from our instant ship page, and take between 2-4 weeks to dispatch from date of order. You will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number when your order has shipped. For international orders, online check out is not available. please email us directly and we will take your order via email.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. if you are unsatisfied with your item, returns and exchanges of any full price, unworn, merchandise are accepted if you initiate the return within 5 days of receipt of your online order. exchanges for a different size or style are encouraged. customer pays for shipping of the replacement item. Items purchased from our instant ship section can be returned for a refund less shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee. made-to-order items can be returned for a refund less shipping costs and a $35 restocking fee per item. Restocking fees are not charged for exchanges. sample sale items are final sale. all items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original packaging. once a return authorization is issued, items must be returned within 14 days before the return authorization is cancelled and the sale is final. please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface before wearing them. shoes with marked or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability and may require and additional 2-4 weeks to be delivered.  please contact us at info@zouxou.com with return/exchange in the subject line before initiating a return. items shipped back to us without initiating a return/exchange request via email are done so at the customer's own risk.
