Shipping Information
All prices are in US Dollars.
We currently ship from Buenos Aires, Argentina via DHL Express and from the United States via USPS. Shipping to destinations within the United States is complimentary on orders over $240.* Online checkout through our website is currently available for international customers worldwide. If you don’t see your country on our list, just send us an email—we are happy to add it.
Although charges are not always incurred, please be sure to investigate your country’s duties fees before purchasing. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Tariffs will vary depending on country. Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees. Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Made-to-order items take between 10-20 days to dispatch from date of order. You will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
domestic shipping — free on orders over $240 within the United States. $14.95 for everything else.
international shipping: $19.95 for shipping to Canada. $24.95 to UK, Western Europe, Australia and the rest of the world.

Buy Now Pay Later options are not currently available for checkout through zouxou.com. However, if you are based in the United States, Klarna is a payment option available exclusively on our Etsy page on a selection items. Please note that not all items available on zouxou.com are available for purchase on Etsy.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
We accept returns and exchanges of any full price, unworn, merchandise if you initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items including anything purchased with a promo code or discount greater than 10% off can be exchanged for store credit only. Sample sale items are final sale without exception. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be in unworn condition. Shoes received in non resellable condition (dirty sock lining/insoles, crushing, creasing, scuffed soles) may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or rejected and sent back to you. So please be sure to try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface...with clean feet 🌝.
To initiate a return or exchange please contact us at info@zouxou.com with ‘return/exchange’ + the order number in the subject line so we can provide you with a return label.
For all domestic returns, the cost of shipping ($14.95) plus the cost of the return label (an estimated $8-$12), will be deducted from your refund.
For domestic exchanges, we will send you a free return label but charge $14.95 to ship the replacement pair to you.
We’re not able to provide return labels to our customers outside of the US, but we do accept international returns and exchanges if you send the item back to us. We advise that the item being returned is sent with a reliable, insured and trackable service as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for returns that get lost in transit. The original shipping cost plus any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Once a return authorization is issued, items must be returned within 10 days before the return authorization is cancelled and the sale is final. Refunds are processed in 2-5 business days after return is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional time to be manufactured and dispatched.
Items shipped back to us without initiating a return/exchange request via email are done so at the customer's own risk. For additional questions regarding returns and exchanges please contact us via email at info@zouxou.com.
Lost package policy: We will make every effort to help you locate or replace a package that has been lost in transit. Once an item has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are unable to assume responsibility for it, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
Damaged/Defective product policy: Our shoes are handmade and inspected with lots of love and care, but if you receive an item that’s not how you expected or a problem arises with it, send an email at info@zouxou.com and we’ll take care of you.
